Domestic shipping and return terms

Domestic ground and express shipping are handled by insured carriers across the United States. Transit times depend on the service selected at checkout and the destination address. Each order is tracked from dispatch to delivery, and you will receive email notifications at each stage. Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the jurisdiction of your shipping address, using the rates that apply there. The total you see before payment includes all applicable tax.

Unopened fragrance, skincare, and makeup may be returned within the policy window stated at checkout. Items must be in their original packaging, with seals intact. Opened products and sets with broken seals are not eligible for return, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
