Protecting your data
Customer information
Client addresses and order histories are held in strict confidence. We use them only to fulfil orders, deliver shipping updates, and answer account questions. They are never sold or shared beyond the services required to complete your purchase.
Payment encryption
Payment details are transmitted over encrypted connections to our CBPay merchant gateway. Secret keys and API tokens are stored outside public view and are never exposed in page content, browser code, or order records.
Webhooks and sandbox verification
Gateway callbacks are logged and verified before any order status changes. Orders are updated only after confirmed payment. We test every payment scenario in sandbox mode before launch and run recurring checks to keep store integrity intact.
